They are designed to be spaces of welcome, dignity and respect for all who work there, thus facilitating participation. The construction of these new personal recovery workshops began in 2020.

Since 2011 we have been collaborating partners with the Spanish Red Cross, an organization that supports people at risk of extreme vulnerability and exclusion, so that they can have the opportunities and resources necessary to participate in the economic, social, and cultural life of their environment.
At Christmas 2019 we launched the initiative #AzúcarSolidariaEnNavidad [Solidarity Sugar at Christmas], where we challenge all those who are part of our group of companies to donate kilos of sugar to the Segura Food Bank.
