of our livestock with their associated activities such as zoosanitary or logistics up to the meat industry in the case of white coat pigs.   For the Iberian pig we collaborate with a slaughterhouse equipped with the most cutting-edge systems in terms of slaughter and cutting, quality control and dispatch that allow us to reach the consumer with our meats. In the case of acorn-fed Iberian and Iberian products, we have two natural drying rooms in Guijuelo.   Our production system allows any product to be fully traced to its origin, as well as a quality that is constant and stable throughout the production process.”
Our commitment to quality has led us to implement a Quality Management System with respect to the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard, complemented with other processes such as APPC and correct hygiene practices, the implementation of NIRS technology in our feed, a system of integral management with ERP that inspects from the farm to the meat industry and the firm commitment to quality and excellence of all our teams of people in each area of the company.
