Our company promotes a work environment of mutual respect. For this reason, we expressly and firmly condemn any conduct that constitutes harassment of any kind.   The Company’s Management and the Equality Committee undertake to carry out an active policy to prevent and eliminate any action that involves harassment of any kind, especially sexual harassment, based on gender or sexual orientation, flatly rejecting all those manifestations that signify discrimination based on gender and that violate fundamental rights.   As a consequence of this, we have set up a protocol that is applied for the prevention and rapid resolution of harassment-related claims, with the due guarantees and taking into consideration the constitutional and labour regulations and the declarations related to the fundamental principles and rights in the workplace.
