We are livestock breeders, descendants of those who farmed the land, raised livestock, and subsequently discovered how to market it, and did so for decades.

We were able to read the times, so we decided to expand our livestock with Iberian pig farming, and already by 2010 the business had naturally evolved to providing our cured products direct to the consumer.

In our 2 dryers in Guijuelo (Salamanca) we make products derived from our Iberian feed and acorn pigs: hams, shoulders, loins, and other Iberian sausages. With the time-honoured artisan processes: manual salting, drying rooms, and natural cellars.

Our Premium brand of Iberian products La Abadía Ibericos with which we market the meats and cured products of our 100% Iberian acorn-fed pigs in Spain, the European Union, China, Korea, Taiwan, and Singapore.
