In 1889, our forebear, Jose Sanchez Arroniz, travelled around Spain selling pigs. He managed a network of traders that gave rise in 1986 to Porcisan, a family business dedicated to the production of white coat and Iberian pigs.


Today, we are a family-run agri-food group with a management model based on people, environmental protection, and the continual reinvestment of profits to achieve long-term sustainable socio-economic growth.

Our integrated production system, which is highly efficient and led by highly qualified and involved professionals, includes different business areas that encompass the entire productive pyramid of our white coat and Iberian pigs right up to their national and international marketing; a strength that we inherited from our forebears.


We have a high profile in the sector due to the optimization of all our production processes and our commitment to people.


Our head office is located in Pozo Estrecho (Murcia), in the southeast of Spain, and our production centres and facilities are spread over different geographical areas of the national territory.
